Description

Yrkesgymnasiet Västerås is now expanding its operations by hiring an additional mathematics teacher at 50% employment. It is desirable that you also have the qualifications to teach Swedish or English.

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to teach your subject areas in an inspiring manner and possesses solid subject-matter competence.

• Keeps up to date with the latest developments in your field and wishes to teach in a realistic and subject-integrated manner.

• Wants to create inspiring and adapted teaching that challenges and develops students, while building trusting relationships with both students and colleagues.

• Plans, documents, and conducts your teaching in accordance with the guidelines regulated by the governing documents for upper secondary schools in the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum plans.

Qualifications

You have a teacher's degree and teaching license, as well as solid subject-matter competence in mathematics for upper secondary school.
