Moheda School

Moheda School is located in the community of Moheda. The school is a comprehensive school (grades 1-9) with approximately 430 students. It is organized into three work teams: grades 1-3, 4-6, and 7-9, where we work to create a "red thread" from a comprehensive school perspective. The school has its own cooking kitchen, after-school center, youth club, and School-IF (school sports association). We are also close to forests and an all-weather running track.

Moheda School's code of conduct and rules mean that we respect each other and provide each other with a quiet environment for study. Together, we contribute to a secure and pleasant school environment where we care for each other, our belongings, and our school.

The school's student health services consist of, in addition to school leadership, special education teachers, school nurses, counselors, school psychologists, and study and career counselors. Guided by the keywords "together" and "creating a school for all," we work purposefully and curiously to develop our operations. We learn from the work of other schools and implement research in our working methods.

Responsibilities

As a craft teacher, you are linked to one of the school's three work teams, where the primary focus is collaboration on the student's knowledge development. You will also be connected to a subject group for collegial learning, with colleagues who continuously set aside time to work on developing teaching. The role may include mentoring a group of students together with at least one colleague.

You actively contribute to collegial learning in various forums based on your competence and develop your subjects. You view the computer as a natural and enriching work tool, both in your own work and in the students' work. You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and good knowledge of pedagogical documentation.

Qualifications

The basic requirement is that you hold a teaching license with eligibility to teach in primary and lower secondary school within the craft subject. We place great importance on personal suitability. We also value that you have good collaboration skills, are social, and find it easy to build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You should be structured, clear, and consistent, with the ability to take initiative and show a high degree of engagement and drive.
