We are not a regular ski school. And we are not looking for ordinary ski instructors.

At Åre Ski Academy, we create tailored experiences for guests who appreciate quality, personal attention, and high-level skiing. We are now looking for several passionate ski instructors who want to be part of our team for the winter of 2026/27.

We usually meet our guests at their hotels by car, assist with equipment and transport, and then spend a half-day or full day in the slopes.

We ensure that our guests' holiday is enhanced by our knowledge and passion for the mountains and the village of Åre.

With us, you will:

• Work in a ski school with a premium focus
• Meet international and returning guests; often you will ski with the same guest/family for several days
• Be part of an experienced and professional team
• Have the opportunity to work with alpine skiing, snowboarding, backcountry touring, and cross-country skiing
• Work in an environment where the experience is as important as the skiing itself

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education and experience as a ski instructor
• Is confident in interactions with people and passionate about hospitality in our village
• Has an eye for detail and service
• Is exceptionally flexible
• Wants to develop together with an ambitious team
• Thrives working with guests who expect that little extra

For the 2026/27 season, we are looking for ski instructors who wish to work approximately 75% and can/will work in our shop, Åre Sportshop, on days when we do not have slope bookings.

We believe that the best ski instructors combine technique with personality, presence, and energy.
