About the Role

As a leisure-time teacher/leisure-time pedagogue with us, you will become a key figure in the students' daily lives, both before and after school hours.

You will, among other things:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate leisure-time activities based on regulatory documents
• Create varied, creative, and enjoyable activities that support students' social and personal development
• Work closely with class teachers and student health services to create a holistic approach for each student
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible learning environment – especially for students with neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF)
• Have daily dialogue with guardians and colleagues with a focus on open, simple, and respectful communication

Who We Are Looking For

Requirements

• Licence as a leisure-time pedagogue or primary school teacher in leisure-time centers
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

• At least 1–2 years of experience working in leisure-time centers.
• Knowledge of the regulatory documents for leisure-time centers and the ability to apply them in daily practice
• Basic computer skills and experience with digital tools in schools

You have good organizational skills and thrive on creating structure, planning, and driving work forward in an efficient manner.
