Rudbeck is Sollentuna Municipality's upper secondary school. The school is located next to Edsviken and the beautiful Edsbergsparken, two miles north of Stockholm. Responsibilities

In preparation for the next school year, we are looking for an experienced teacher for instruction at our AST unit and on the introductory program.

As a teacher, your task is to build relationships and support the students in both learning and social interaction, as well as daily school routines. We are looking for a teacher with broad competence and experience working with students who have NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) diagnoses. You should have a strong interest in working with smaller groups where teaching requires significant individual adaptation.

You should be good at supporting students in their development towards independence, as well as helping them when they encounter problems with their studies, for example, by creating support structures in physical and digital learning environments. It is important that you are a person who is curious about and keeps up-to-date with methods for supporting students with various disabilities.

It is of great importance that you are familiar with the target group and good at building relationships with both students and their guardians. You should have good structure, be clear, yet flexible and solution-focused. You also need to be confident in your assessment of knowledge and recognize that there are many different ways to demonstrate knowledge.

Qualifications

We are looking for a teacher with broad competence and experience teaching students with various NPD diagnoses.

We are looking for you with qualifications at the upper secondary level in chemistry, natural science, and biology. It is meritorious if you also have qualifications in physics and mathematics at the upper secondary level.

We also look for you to have qualifications in the natural science subjects of chemistry, physics, and biology for primary school grades 1–9.
