About the Organization

The HR organization consists of an HR Director and approximately 25 employees with broad HR competencies. Here, strategists, specialists, HR partners, and controllers work close to the operations on issues spanning the entire HR area. Together, we offer a development-oriented job with great variation, many contact surfaces, and good opportunities for collegial learning.

About the Position

You have a degree in Human Resources (HR) and at least 5 years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably with a focus on talent management (competence supply). You have documented experience working strategically and operationally with talent management issues.

As an HR Strategist in this role, you have overall strategic responsibility for talent management from an HR perspective. You also work in depth with wage formation issues and contribute to strengthening and developing the link between the organization's talent management and its wage formation.

The talent management part includes, among other things:

• Drive and develop strategic processes to attract, recruit, onboard, retain, and develop employees
• Work with employer branding, educational initiatives, and career development models
• Lead and participate in projects and collaborate in regional networks and forums
• Responsible for analyses, follow-up, and strategic development in the area
• Conduct training and work with communication related to talent management

The wage formation part includes, among other things:

• Be a support to the HR Strategist in the area of wage formation
• Work operationally with wage advice and support managers in the administration with wage issues
• Participate in the implementation of wage reviews and contribute to the ongoing work in the wage process
• Prepare materials and assist in analyses related to wages, such as wage mapping and follow-up
• Participate in coordination and dialogue with union parties
• Support the work of developing routines, guidelines, and methods in the area

Qualifications

You have a degree in Human Resources (HR) and at least five years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably with a focus on talent management. You have documented experience working strategically and operationally with talent management issues.

You have a professional approach, thrive on challenges, and are development-oriented. You are unpretentious and have good ability to collaborate as well as lead and drive processes forward. Furthermore, you communicate clearly and easily to build trusting relationships. We see that you have a holistic perspective, are solution-oriented, and structure your work in an efficient way.

For the role of HR Strategist, it is important that you have good analytical skills and enjoy handling multiple assignments in parallel. You are used to working against deadlines and switch effortlessly between strategic and operational work.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
