We are currently looking for a Senior UX Designer for an exciting initiative within digital customer experience for a consumer-facing mobile application in the energy and utilities sector.

In this role, you will work on the future vision and concept development for the app platform and its digital services. You will collaborate closely with the Lead App Designer to explore and define future concepts, customer journeys, and service experiences, focusing on modern, user-centric mobile solutions.

This is a role for you if you combine strong conceptual thinking with hands-on UX design and thrive in cross-functional and international environments.

• Drive UX and concept design for a consumer-oriented mobile application

• Develop design visions, future concepts, and digital service experiences

• Collaborate closely with the existing App Designer and cross-functional stakeholders

• Help shape the future digital offering and app experience

• Contribute customer-centric thinking and modern UX principles for mobile products

• Work hands-on in Figma throughout the entire design process

• Clear UX concepts and future visions for the mobile platform

• Improved customer journeys and service experiences

• Design assets and prototypes in Figma

• Strategic UX insights linked to user behavior and digital development

• Close collaboration with design, product, and other stakeholders

• Several years of experience as a UX Designer

• Strong experience in designing for mobile applications

• Experience designing consumer-facing digital products/apps

• Very proficient in Figma

• Strong conceptual and strategic design skills

• Good collaboration and communication skills

• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Experience from the energy, utilities, or similar consumer-facing industries

• Ability to work from the office in Solna 2–3 days a week

• Creative and visionary with strong user understanding

• Self-motivated and proactive
