You are welcome to apply for the position of childcare worker (barnskötare) placed at Pepparmyntan Preschool. The area also includes Hånger Preschool, Ekbacken Preschool, and Nattis. We work with a changing learning environment that leads to increased opportunities for influence for the children's group, with a focus on all children developing based on their prerequisites and needs.

Responsibilities

As an employee in the preschool area, you contribute to the implementation of the preschool's mission according to the curriculum. We work to ensure that everyone feels included. Through your professional approach, you are co-researching, curious, and creative together with the children. The work is carried out in a trusting manner and in close collaboration with guardians and the home. Together with colleagues, you create a good foundation for children's development and learning based on an stimulating and creative environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a childcare education. Experience from preschool operations is an advantage. You are clear, receptive, and calm with great patience, have an easy time building relationships, and are a secure point in everyday life. You have a solution-oriented work style with the ability to create engagement and joy in work. We place great emphasis on a professional approach and attitude, as well as personal suitability.

Department of Children and Education
Our department is responsible for preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, adult education, and arts schools in the municipality.
