We are currently looking for substitutes for an active man in his 50s with autism, living in a rural area outside Vaggeryd. He leads an active life and enjoys long walks, gardening, and some exercise.

The position involves 24-hour shifts with overnight on-call duties, including weekends. For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity for a summer holiday substitute position. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a cohesive team. We expect you to be responsible, positive, and able to take initiative.

Holding a valid driver's license and having access to your own car are mandatory requirements, as there are no bus connections to or from the workplace.
