We are looking for a Housing Coordinator – do you want to work closely with people and make a real difference? Do you want to combine qualified social work with a warm, values-driven organization? As a Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role where you both work closely with the individual and structure the work around them. You coordinate interventions, maintain contact with social services and authorities, and support staff in their daily work. The role requires independence, security, and professional judgment – but also empathy and the ability to build trust.

Your role:

• Responsible for follow-up of housing and collaboration regarding the individual
• Contribute to structure, quality, and legal certainty
• Provide support to colleagues in social assessments

We are looking for you who have:

• A degree in Social Work (180 ECTS) or an equivalent academic degree
• Knowledge of regulations within social services and healthcare
• Experience in social work
• Good documentation skills
• Confidence in meeting people in vulnerable life situations
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious:

• Experience in faith-based or non-profit operations
• Coordinating or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of addiction issues and mental health

The position is full-time, on-site at our three housing facilities, with a desired start date in autumn 2026.
