About the position

We are currently looking for personal assistants for an active man in his 50s, who lives in Mullsjö with his family. The positions consist of two part-time positions of approx. 75% and one position for work on an as-needed basis and in case of absence of regular staff, but with the chance of a permanent schedule in the long term. Your duties include, among other things, assisting with daily routines and communication. The customer has an interest in gardening and cooking - and especially likes traditional Swedish home cooking, so if you share these interests with our customer, it is a big plus.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday 08.00-17.00,
• Tuesday, Thursday 06.30-18.30.

We would like you to be flexible and, if necessary, also able to work during weekends and occasional evenings.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our customer. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who apply for this position are a person who likes to be active, has good physical fitness and enjoys exercising. You do not see bad weather as an obstacle and gladly find different types of outdoor activities. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as one of your tasks will be speech and memory training. You should be able to give clear instructions, work in a motivating way and encourage the customer to perform different tasks independently, without taking over. A big plus is if you have an interest in gardening and can cook traditional Swedish home cooking, as these are two interests the customer has. You who apply should also be perceptive, responsible, flexible and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the customer. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Requirements for you

• can swim and tolerate chlorine,
• have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you

• are a non-smoker,
• have a driver's license and access to a car to get to work smoothly,
• have an interest in gardening, exercise and have knowledge of and can cook traditional Swedish home cooking.

Scope: two positions at 75%, one position for extra/on-demand work. Number of positions: 3. Start date: 1/8. Selection and interviews are ongoing and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreement.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply which mean that the register control includes both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so the order should be made in good time.
