Do you love working with children and have previous experience as a personal assistant? Do you want to inspire, support, and help with the child's daily life and development? Are you responsible? Then you might be the assistant we are looking for to work with our client, a 15-year-old girl.

About the position
As an assistant, you will be her major support regarding training, play, development, and assisting in family life. She lives with her family in Nässjö. The shifts involve picking up the girl after school/after-school club, and in the afternoons, there will be play, training, activities, and support in socializing with the family. There may also be a need for assistance during holidays and weekends. Part of your work will be helping the girl communicate with the outside world and assisting with personal hygiene.

Requirements
You are a woman who enjoys working with children and has experience in the role of personal assistant or similar work. It is important that you, as an assistant, are calm, responsible, and patient to best help the girl progress in her training and development. You should be attuned to the girl's daily condition.

Chemistry between you, the girl, and her family is important. The position gives you a rewarding experience of working with people and showing that you can take responsibility. Documentation is part of the assignment, so you must have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. To be considered for the position, you must be a non-smoker.

There are some physical aspects to the job, but heavier lifting is done with a lift during transfers, for example, between bed and wheelchair. Assistance with personal hygiene is also included.
