Personal Assistant Wanted – 75% for an Active and Sporty Young Man

I am a happy and active 25-year-old guy who appreciates a life filled with movement, training, outings, and social activities. To live the life I want, I am now looking for a personal assistant at 75% who wants to become an important part of my daily life.

The work involves supporting me in all parts of daily life. You will help me with all basic needs, such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meals, and communication. You will also be present as my support during training, leisure activities, and other everyday adventures. Therefore, it is important that you feel comfortable working closely with another person and see it as a natural part of the role.

I am looking for someone who:

• Has a positive outlook and a good manner of dealing with people.
• Is secure, responsible, and responsive.
• Enjoys an active life and gladly participates in training and various activities.
• Can take initiative while following my wishes and needs.
• Is flexible and has an easy time collaborating.
• Is skilled at setting boundaries.
• Can communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Experience in personal assistance or healthcare and care is meritorious, but personal suitability weighs the most. The most important thing is that we get along and that you want to contribute to me living an active, independent, and meaningful life.

Working hours/Employment percentage

• Fixed schedule shift, approx. 30 hours/week.
• One weekend per month.
• Extra hours as needed during the regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.

About salary

• We apply salary according to the Fremia collective agreement.
• We offer health care benefits and training.
