Case Worker for Authority Unit – Adults, Disability Support and Administration
Mullsjö Municipality is small in area but offers a high quality of life. Here you will find an active outdoor lifestyle with fish-rich lakes, scenic views, and thousands of hiking and cycling trails. Unique industrial environments, churches, art, and theater, combined with an active business and association life, create a vibrant and growing municipality. In Mullsjö Municipality, we work closely together to succeed based on three goal areas: Safety, Togetherness, and Growth.
The Authority Unit – Adults, Disability Support, and Administration is part of the Social Services Administration and is responsible for authority exercises in several areas. In addition to cases within disability support, the unit also handles cases concerning the elderly, harmful use and addiction, and violence in close relationships. A total of six case workers and seven administrators work at the unit. The administrators work targeted towards both authority exercises and executive operations within the Social Services Administration.
Within the unit's authority exercises, we support each other and help out where needed based on our common mission – that citizens who need our help should receive it.
With us, you get a meaningful job where you contribute to creating safety and better living conditions for people in need of support. You get the opportunity to work in an operation with engaged colleagues and an important social mission that makes a difference. Here you get both room to grow and the opportunity to contribute your skills in a municipality where decision-making paths are short and collaboration is close.
Commuting opportunities to us are good, and the train station is located right next to the municipal office, making it easy to get to and from work.
We offer among other things:
- Opportunity to influence and develop the operations
- Flexible working hours
- Wellness allowance, free swimming at the municipality's swimming facilities, and competence development, etc.
