Our client is a woman in her 30s living in a nice apartment in central Jönköping. We are currently looking for a woman for a part-time position of approximately 12 hours per week. The working hours are primarily scheduled during the night, including awake night shifts. It is also desirable that you have the availability to work on an as-needed basis in addition to your regular hours. Do you have experience in healthcare and are you a calm and empathetic person who can work independently and take great responsibility? If so, do not hesitate to apply! It is advantageous if you are trained as a nursing assistant/nurse or are studying to become one, but this is not a requirement.

About the position

Long walks, good meals at restaurants, or a coffee in the city are recurring leisure activities. Listening to music and having a home SPA with massage are also things our client enjoys greatly. You, as the applicant, have great opportunities to influence through ideas and suggestions for other activities that can create a good quality of life for our client.

Due to her disability, our client needs support in all aspects of daily living. The duties include personal care, assistance with wheelchair transfers, help during meals, support with communication with her surroundings, household management, and assistance with daily activities and routines.

Requirements

We believe that for you to thrive together, you are an outgoing woman with life experience. As a person, you are calm, stable, meticulous, and empathetic. Medical interventions are part of the assignment, so we preferably seek someone trained as a nursing assistant with work experience. Knowledge of tracheostomy and epilepsy is advantageous but not required. Naturally, you must be a non-smoker. The job requires proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish. You should not be allergic to dogs, as the dog sometimes visits the apartment.
