Your main workplace will be in Norra Solberga outside of Eksjö, with special responsibility for the Norra Solberga/Flisby parish. The parish is characterized by a well-functioning children's and youth work, which we hope will leave a mark on future work with liturgical development.

The position includes conducting services, church ceremonies, confirmation work, gatherings with the parish's preschool, and other typical priestly duties. The position is a permanent full-time position (100%) involving day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date according to agreement.

We are looking for you who

• are ordained as a priest according to the Church of Sweden's order and are a member of the Church of Sweden
• are positive, outgoing, and feel confident in front of large groups as well as in individual meetings.
• are a team player who enjoys collaborating with a small work team.
• are passionate about and value the local community
• have a driver's license and access to a car
• have good computer skills.

Previous experience is an advantage. Personal suitability will be given great weight. Upon employment, you will need to provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) intended for work with children and young people.

We are a parish with seven congregations in Eksjö Municipality and a small part of Nässjö Municipality. In our parishes, there are twelve churches, three chapels, twelve cemeteries, and two preschools. We have approximately 12,300 parishioners and 80 employees.
