YOUR ASSIGNMENT
The position is divided between 50% Senior Social Worker (First-line Supervisor) and 50% Case Worker.
As a Senior Social Worker, you hold a supervisory role where you lead and distribute the operational work within the unit. You contribute to ensuring that the operations are conducted in a legally secure, cost-effective manner, and in accordance with political decisions and set goals. In your daily work, you serve as a support for social workers in matters concerning preliminary assessments, protective assessments, and prioritizations.
You actively work with operational development, quality assurance, and competence development at both individual and group levels. Through environmental scanning, you stay updated on legislation and changes within the field, acting as a support in translating guidelines and goals into practice.
As a Case Worker, you are responsible for investigating, assessing, and making decisions regarding financial assistance or support measures for adults in various life situations. Your main focus will be within one of the areas, but since the operations work closely together, we view collaboration and flexibility as important parts of the assignment. This gives you the opportunity to develop broad competence and contribute to a holistic view of the individual's needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are educated as a Social Worker. You have experience in authority practice and good knowledge of current legislation, especially the Social Services Act. Experience in authority practice with adults is meritorious. You also have good computer skills. A Class B driver's license is required.
