We are urgently seeking one or two personal assistants for a woman with Alzheimer's and epilepsy in Smålandsstenar. Due to illness in the family, we wish to appoint additional assistants immediately.

Currently, this will be a fixed-term employment of 3–6 months, but this may change.

It is desirable that you can work overnight shifts with sleeping on-call duty, but daytime work is also needed.

Requirements:

• Trained nursing assistant or similar education, or several years of experience in healthcare, preferably in personal assistance.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

Meritorious:

• Experience with Alzheimer's.
• Previous experience in personal assistance or other healthcare work.
• Experience with epilepsy.

Tasks:

The client needs help with personal hygiene, cleaning, grocery shopping, outdoor activities, cooking, supervision, and more.

In addition, we are looking for someone who is attentive, has a positive attitude, is willing to learn, observant, and understands the meaning of working as a personal assistant.

Scheduling and documentation are handled via AiAi. We have a collective agreement via Vårdföretagarna.
