Case Worker for Elderly Care Authority Services in Mullsjö Municipality

Mullsjö Municipality is small in area but offers a high quality of life. Here you will find an active outdoor lifestyle with fish-rich lakes, scenic views, and thousands of hiking and cycling trails. Unique industrial environments, churches, art, and theater, combined with an active business and association life, create a vibrant and growing municipality. In Mullsjö Municipality, we work closely together to succeed based on three goal areas: Safety, Together, and Growth.

About the Workplace

The Authority Unit – Adults, Functional Support, and Administration is responsible for authority exercises in several areas. In addition to cases concerning the elderly, the unit also handles cases related to functional support, harmful use of substances and addiction, as well as violence in close relationships. A total of six case workers and seven administrators work at the unit.

Within the unit's authority exercises, we support each other and help out where needed based on our common mission – to ensure that citizens who need our help receive it. With us, you will find meaningful work where you contribute to creating safety and better living conditions for people in need of support. Here you have the opportunity to work in an operation with dedicated colleagues, space to grow, and contribute your skills in a municipality where decision-making paths are short and collaboration is close.

Commuting opportunities to us are good, and the train station is located right next to the municipal office, making it easy to commute to and from work.

We offer, among other things, the opportunity to influence and develop operations, flexible working hours, wellness benefits, free swimming at the municipality's swimming facilities, and professional development.

  • Work independently, structured, and drive your processes forward.
  • Be flexible and quickly adapt to changed conditions.
  • Have good collaboration skills and be able to adapt your communication based on who you meet.
