We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our team and work as a personal assistant for our female client in Vrigstad.

What does this role involve?

Due to increased demand, we are looking for personal assistants for our female client, starting immediately for work during the summer and continuing thereafter.

The position involves working during weeks 30, 31, 32, and 33, with an immediate start for a personal meeting and training already during weeks 28 and 29.

Working hours during the summer are scheduled between 08:30 - 15:30 and 15:30 - 20:30, Monday to Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.

We are looking for both those who wish to work as hourly staff on an as-needed basis and those who, after working this summer, wish to transition to a fixed-term part-time position.

The client is a woman in her mid-60s who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's many years ago. She currently has a significant need for assistance regarding supervision, mobility, and full support in carrying out all routines in daily life.

As a personal assistant, you will perform your working hours and duties in the woman's own home, where she lives with her husband.

The woman and her husband wish for the assistant team to consist of women who have positive energy, are creative in providing daily stimulation adapted to the woman's conditions.

Examples of common tasks:

• Supervision to ensure health, well-being, and security.
• Support in assessing energy and stamina levels.
• Physical support during all transfers and walking, both with and without aids.
• Planning and organizing the day, and ensuring daily routines are completed.
• Support with communication and memory functions.
• All aspects of personal hygiene and care.
• All aspects related to meals, before, during, and after.
• Daily outdoor activities and/or other leisure activities.

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and express yourself fully in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Non-smoker.
• Tolerant of pets (there is a cat in the home).
• Ability to work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends.

Additional Information

Employment Type: On-call staff for each individually agreed occasion, or alternatively a fixed-term contract for the duration of the assignment.

Scope: As needed in connection with planned and unplanned absence of regular employees. Alternatively, a fixed-term position with 50-70% employment rate.

Working Hours: During the summer: Monday - Friday 07:30-15:30 and/or 15:30-20:30, and Saturday-Sunday 11:00-17:00. After the summer, the start time for day shifts is 07:30.

Start Date: Immediate, with a personal meeting and training during weeks 28, 29, and 30.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.

Before employment, you will need to provide an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register.
