Our client is a cheerful and social 20-year-old woman living with her family in Habo. We are now looking for a personal assistant to join her team! Are you a secure and responsible person with both feet on the ground, who is quick to laugh and enjoys working closely with people? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

About the position

The client receives personal assistance around the clock due to extensive care needs related to an illness requiring continuous supervision and monitoring. The role involves constantly monitoring the client's breathing and well-being. This requires full focus, precision, and a high degree of responsibility, as it is crucial to follow routines and care plans without deviation. You need to be attentive, able to act quickly in the event of changes, and feel confident making independent decisions when necessary.

In addition to supervision, you accompany the client in her daily life, for example to work or future studies, as well as during leisure activities, social gatherings, trips, and excursions. You adapt to her wishes and act as a support to enable an active and independent life. The job also includes documentation and close cooperation with the family.

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work 95% during awake night shifts.

You need to be able to read the client's needs and signals, as well as feel confident acting independently when the situation requires it.

You thrive in a social role where you accompany the client in daily life, whether it involves hanging out with friends, going to town, taking the bus, or participating in various activities.

Experience in personal assistance or other care work is meritorious, but personal suitability and the right attitude weigh the most. You must not be allergic to fur-bearing animals as the family has a dog at home.
