Job Description

You will work with adults who need support in their daily lives. Focusing on the individual's needs, you will investigate the need for interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and follow up on decided interventions. The assignment includes meeting the individual and their relatives, as well as collaborating with other actors to create good conditions for the right support.

The work involves both authority exercises and close collaboration with clients, colleagues, and external actors.

Since the work involves documentation, it is a requirement that you express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. We use the business system Combine.

Qualifications

• Social Work degree or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Good ability to express yourself in spoken and written language.
• Good knowledge of current legislation and experience with authority exercises.
• Personal suitability is highly valued, emphasizing teamwork, social competence, and flexibility.
• Collaborative, clear in communication, and with a good overall perspective.
• Independent and responsible.
• Class B driver's license (required due to service travel).
