Consultant Social Worker Needed for Financial Assistance – Full-Time Position
Are you an experienced consultant social worker within financial assistance, looking for a role where you can work independently in an organization with high responsibility and varied caseloads?
We are now seeking a consultant for a full-time position within financial assistance, starting as soon as possible.
About the Role
You will work as a consultant social worker within financial assistance, responsible for administrative decision-making and case processing in accordance with current legislation.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and investigating applications for financial assistance
- Independent assessments and decision-making
- Documentation according to organizational guidelines and legal requirements
- Managing your own caseload
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and other stakeholders within the organization
The consultant is expected to independently manage a significant number of cases while remaining flexible to meet the organization's needs.
Work Environment
The work takes place on-site at the office and involves close collaboration with other employees within the organization. This role is suitable for someone who is confident in their role as a social worker and has experience with administrative decision-making within financial assistance.
Remote work is not available for this position.
Duration & Scope
- Start: As soon as possible
- Duration: Until August 31, 2026
- Extension opportunities available
- Scope: Full-time, 100%
- On-site work five days a week
We are looking for someone who
- Has a degree in Social Work
- Has at least five years of experience in similar public sector roles
- Has experience with administrative decision-making within financial assistance
- Is confident in making independent assessments and decisions
- Has good knowledge of current legislation
- Has experience with case management systems and electronic documentation
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
Merits:
- Experience with the Combine business system
- Experience working in municipal operations
Requirements for Presentation
The following documents must be available for the presentation:
- Updated CV
- Degree certificate in Social Work
- Two current references
- Driver's license
- Certificate of good conduct (to be provided before the start of the assignment)
