The Swedish National Courts Administration (Domstolsverket) is now recruiting an Education Administrator for the Learning Unit. In this role, you are responsible for the administrative management of the Court Clerk Training, from planning and implementation to follow-up and documentation.

About the Role

The courts are a cornerstone of our democratic society. The National Courts Administration's mission is to provide service to the courts and to drive and support their development, which includes the competence development of staff. The Learning Unit is responsible for all planning, administration, and implementation of competence development for all employees and managers in Sweden's Courts.

Your Responsibilities

As an Education Administrator, you handle the complete administration of our courses. You work in several digital information systems, primarily in our learning platform "Kompetensportalen," and are responsible for course administration, participant management, booking of venues, accommodation, and meals, as well as contact with teachers, participants, and partners.

The role includes handling course registrations, prioritization and admission of participants, as well as concluding tasks such as invoicing, fees, course evaluations, and documentation. You contribute to ensuring quality, structure, and good service throughout the entire educational process.

The work is largely independent, but you are part of a group of education administrators who support each other. You also work closely with the competence developer responsible for the content and design of the education. We continuously develop our working methods, and we appreciate curiosity about how digital tools, including AI-based support, can be used effectively and responsibly in administrative work.

About You

We are looking for someone with at least a three-year upper secondary education and experience in administrative work within a larger organization. You are experienced in working with digital systems and can quickly adapt to new routines and tools. You have excellent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and possess good knowledge of the Office package.

Experience in education administration, work in learning platforms, or work within the court system/public sector is meritorious. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and service-oriented. You have the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks, are flexible, and thrive in a varied work pace. You are a team player with initiative and drive.

High demands are placed on judgment, security awareness, and suitability for the position. You must uphold democratic values and comply with applicable laws.

About the National Courts Administration

The Learning Unit is one of five units within the HR Department. We are characterized by a high degree of delegation, individual responsibility, trust-based leadership, and active employee participation. Here, you are offered a secure employment in a stable organization where people thrive and feel seen.

Other Information

The position is permanent with a location in Jönköping. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. Some positions may require a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act. We apply competence-based recruitment to ensure an inclusive process.
