Kretsia is a growing company specializing in AI-based recruitment solutions. We develop tools that help companies streamline interview processes, improve decision-making, and create a more structured dialogue with candidates.

We are now looking for a Content Creator with a focus on LinkedIn and digital presence who wants to contribute to strengthening our brand and communication.

Responsibilities

In the role of Content Creator, you will work on planning, producing, and publishing content with a focus on LinkedIn as well as other digital channels.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Create and publish content for LinkedIn (organic and paid)
  • Write copy related to recruitment, the labor market, and AI
  • Develop simple graphic materials and short video content
  • Plan and execute content activities aligned with the company's goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize content based on performance results
  • Contribute to the development of Kretsia's brand and communication strategy

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience working with content, social media, or digital marketing
  • Strong written communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Basic knowledge of image and/or video editing tools
  • Understanding of how LinkedIn functions as a channel for brand building and business

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience with B2B communication
  • Are active on LinkedIn yourself
  • Have an interest in or experience with AI and its use cases
