About the position

As a Payroll Administrator with financial responsibility, you have a broad and varied area of responsibility. You are responsible for the ongoing economy and payroll management, while also contributing with analyses and data that support the continued development of the business.

The position is located at our office in Borlänge and involves close collaboration with management and colleagues in the organization.

Your responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include, among other things:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Reconciliations and monthly closing
• Payroll administration
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Budget follow-up and financial analysis
• Preparation of financial reports
• Support to management in financial and administrative matters
• Contribute to financial control and development of the business

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a relevant post-secondary education in economics, payroll, or accounting and who have at least three to five years of experience in similar tasks. You have very good knowledge of Fortnox and a good understanding of economics, payroll processes, and administrative routines, which enables you to work independently and take responsibility for the whole within your area.
