This is a role for you who wants to take greater responsibility for the business from the initial opportunity to a viable solution.
At Jernbro, we work with industrial services within mechanics, electrical, piping, machining, as well as welding and forging, both on-site at the customer and in our own workshops.
What characterizes us is that we combine technical competence with the ability to make things work in practice. We work close to our customers and close to the operations, taking responsibility all the way from need to implementation.
We now want to take the next step in how we drive our business, with a clearer focus on projects, holistic solutions, and new types of assignments.
About the role
In this role, you work on developing and driving businesses that require a well-thought-out setup, from early dialogue to a finalized deal.
You are involved early in the process and are expected to take overall responsibility for the business, where you contribute to shaping content, structure, and value – not just the calculation.
The role includes both developing business with existing customers and identifying new opportunities where we can make a real difference.
You work independently with your businesses, but in close interaction with both the operations and the customer. The role is mobile and involves you being largely out in the field and in dialogue with the customer.
In the role, you will:
- Catch opportunities early and drive them forward
- Influence how assignments are structured so they become feasible and profitable
- Prepare calculations and structure and price businesses
- Prioritize which businesses are right to proceed with
- Develop and structure recurring work into clearer and more value-creating offers
You drive your businesses from idea to viable solution, with a clear link to results and profitability, and over time build your own pipeline.
You have significant autonomy and freedom to drive your work forward and contribute a business perspective where you are comfortable challenging the setup, scope, and pricing when needed.
We are looking for you
You have a technical background and are accustomed to working closely with both business and implementation. Perhaps you currently work as a project manager, estimator, preparer, or operational manager and want to take greater responsibility for the business.
You have experience from industrial services, contracting, or similar operations and are confident in calculating jobs and preparing bids. You understand what affects profitability and have driven businesses or assignments forward, not just participated in them.
You also have a good technical understanding in one or more relevant areas, such as mechanics, electrical, piping, or welding.
To succeed in the role, you are business-minded, self-motivated, and confident in dialogue with both customers and operations. You are used to taking responsibility and driving things to completion.
You are accustomed to creating business setups where you balance technology, implementation, and business.
We offer
- A role with significant personal responsibility and real impact on the business
- Opportunity to work closely with both customer and operations from idea to implementation
- Diverse assignments within several technical areas and industries
- Opportunity to develop existing businesses and establish new ones
- An organization with short decision-making paths where you can quickly turn ideas into business
- Opportunity to develop further in the role as the business grows and take on greater responsibility over time
Application
Selection is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
If you have questions about the role, you are warmly welcome to contact the recruiting manager, Thomas Johansson, at tel. 010 483 02 53.
