Job Description

We are looking for: Spanish Teacher (50%)

Location: Dibber International School, Sollentuna

Start: August 2026

Position: 50%

At Dibber International School, we believe in lifelong learning – where every student gets to grow both academically and as an individual. The school is beautifully located in Sollentuna, near Norrviken Lake and just a few minutes from Stockholm's commuter train. We are an F–9 school with an international profile, where we combine the Swedish curriculum Lgr22 with IB's pedagogical programs to give our students a global understanding and a secure school environment.

We are now looking for an engaged and qualified Spanish teacher who wants to teach in a creative and international school environment!

About the position:

• Teach Spanish as a modern language according to Lgr22 for grades within the lower secondary and upper secondary levels (grades 6–9).
• Teaching is conducted in Swedish, but since we are an international school, understanding of English is an asset.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching with a focus on language development, student activity, and inclusion.
• Use digital tools as a natural part of teaching.
• Collaborate with subject colleagues and work teams to create a positive and educational school environment.

We are looking for you who:

• Have Swedish teacher certification in Spanish for primary school.
• Have experience teaching according to Lgr22.
• Have good digital competence in teaching.
• Fluently master Swedish and have a good understanding of English.
• Are engaged, clear, and confident in your teaching role.
