Customer Service, Planning & Administration

At Viljan Superstäd, you will have a key role in the operations, responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly for both customers and employees. You will be the hub connecting planning, customer service, and administration, working close to the business where decisions are made quickly and practically.

Responsibilities

You will primarily:

• Plan and optimize our cleaning assignments
• Handle customer service via phone and email
• Manage incoming customer inquiries
• Ensure structure and order in the office
• Manage the purchase of workwear and some administrative tasks
• Be part of the management team
• Act as acting site manager when needed

• Has experience in planning, customer service, or administration
• Is structured and confident in making decisions
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving
• Takes responsibility and drives the work forward
• Is service-oriented and has good collaboration skills

Viljan Superstäd is a growing cleaning company based in Kungälv. Today, we have approximately 25 employees and perform nearly 1,000 cleanings every month for both private individuals and companies.
