With us, you have the most fun part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to dance activities. You will gain valuable experience and qualifications for working with leadership and groups.

Dance, play, and spread joy to the children. It doesn't get more fun than this! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

⭐ We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for FunkyKidz! ⭐

We are looking for you who:

• Loves working with children.

• Has rhythm and timing naturally in your body and loves dance.

• Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children. Alternatively, you have a long sports background and have been a leader for children in other contexts (e.g., preschool, school, or childcare).

• Show great commitment to creating movement joy among the participating children.

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself.

What is FunkyKidz? ⭐

At FunkyKidz, we mix dance and play in a playful and fun way.

We work from a pre-planned class structure, meaning all choreographies and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus all your attention on spreading wonderful dance joy!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training, and become part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders.

You simply get the most fun part-time job in the world, giving you experience and qualifications in working with children's groups.

📅 Info about the employment:

• Hourly employment.

• The work runs during autumn 2026, starting week 35.

• Classes are scheduled on Sundays between 10:00–12:00 at Kalmar Sportcenter, Mirror Room (Karate Hall).

• Approx. 1–3 hours per week.

You will receive more info via a potential phone interview.

Qualifications: You preferably study to be (or are finished as) a preschool teacher or similar education. You preferably attended the arts program in high school, worked as a group training instructor, completed other dance training, or similar. This is not a requirement to apply; you may have the right personality regardless.
