Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to a well-functioning assistance service. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We at Alma Assistans are currently looking for hourly substitutes for one of our clients in Tranemo.

As a personal assistant, you will work in a family environment where it is important that you can take the initiative and see what needs to be done in the home. At the same time, you need to be attentive and respectful so that the family has the space to just be a family.

The work involves assisting a man in his 40s with extensive physical care needs. The client can describe his needs himself and how he wishes the assistance to be performed. The home has all necessary aids and the residence is adapted to his needs.

Previous experience working in healthcare or social care is an advantage.

The family lives in Tranemo, and it is important that you can easily commute to the workplace. A driver's license is a requirement, and having access to a car is an advantage.

Approximate working hours

• Day shift: 07:30–16:15
• Evening/Night: 16:00–09:15 (including 7.5 hours on-call)

The schedule will be evaluated continuously together with the client and assistants and may therefore be adjusted in the future.

Employment type:
Hourly employment as needed. However, there is a chance for a permanent shift in the future.
