In this key role, you will work closely with business leaders and drive the HR agenda forward. You will become a strategic partner ensuring that the organization develops with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and leadership.

You will also play a central role in designing and implementing coaching initiatives – with the goal of strengthening leadership and establishing a sustainable coaching culture 🌱

🎯 Your mission

• ✨ Drive and develop HR processes (performance management, talent reviews, succession planning)
• 🤝 Provide strategic support to managers in organizational development and workforce planning
• 📊 Analyze HR data to create insights and improve decision-making
• 🧠 Coach and develop leaders and implement coaching programs
• 🚀 Contribute to the transformation and development of the HR function

🧩 We are looking for you who

• ✔️ Have 8–10+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP
• ✔️ Are strong in coaching and leadership development
• ✔️ Have experience in strategic HR work and change management
• ✔️ Have relevant academic education or equivalent experience
• ✔️ Communicate fluently in English
