Therefore, we are now looking for our next Recruitment Partner/Consultant Manager to help take us and our clients closer to our respective visions. You will become part of our growing company, which today consists of 13 people and one Italian Greyhound, spread across our offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. A large part of the role involves using various selection methods, candidate assessments, and sourcing, along with close client collaboration, to find the right and best candidate to help our clients grow and achieve their goals. There are many ways to Rome in recruitment, and we will provide you with a comprehensive introduction, including evidence-based knowledge and best practices in recruitment. After that, it is up to you to fully utilize our entrepreneurial environment and find your best way of working.

Another part of the role, which will grow progressively, is working with our consultants. You will have employer responsibility for an increasing number of consultants, ensuring they receive good onboarding and upskilling at our client sites, and that they view us as the world's best employer. You should be a trustworthy and pleasant person to interact with.
