We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our male client in Malmö.

What does this role involve?

On an as-needed basis. Scheduled during days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

The client is a man living in Malmö. He has MS and uses a wheelchair. He wants to live as normal a life as possible despite his illness. Therefore, it is important that you as an assistant are humble, attentive, and have a strong work ethic.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would appreciate it if you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

As an assistant, you will help the client with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, transferring to/from mobility aids, leisure activities, etc.

We would like you to:

• Have a genuine interest in helping others.
• Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Be able to work flexible hours – days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Have experience in care and nursing.
• Be a non-smoker.

Employment type: On an as-needed basis

Working hours: Days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Start date: Immediately.

We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
