We are currently seeking dedicated personal assistants for a cheerful and social 11-year-old girl in Klippan. She has a congenital disability that entails a significant need for support in daily life. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her daily routine and contribute to creating security, inclusion, and quality of life.

The girl needs support in all aspects of daily life and is looking for assistants who are present, proactive, and see opportunities to make days fun, content-rich, and meaningful. You enjoy coming up with activities and recognize the importance of including her in daily chores and experiences based on her conditions.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will among other things:

• Provide support in personal care and hygiene
• Help with meals
• Support with transfers and activities
• Contribute to communication and social interaction
• Create a safe, active, and stimulating daily life
• Participate in activities both inside and outside the home
• Work according to routines and individual needs

We are looking for you who

• Are secure, responsible, and responsive
• Have a positive attitude and genuine commitment
• Take initiative and contribute ideas and activities
• Enjoy working with children and young people
• Have good cooperation skills but can also work independently
• See the importance of including the customer in all daily situations
• Are non-smoking

Meritorious

• Experience in personal assistance
• Experience working with children or people with disabilities
