FVBU (The Association for Valuable Children and Young People) operates 13 preschools across Sweden and is currently in an exciting phase of expansion. Our association is founded on Christian values, and we have a thoughtful environmental commitment that permeates our entire organization.

You are responsible, engaged, and present, with a desire to contribute to creating a developmental, fun, and secure care environment. Your focus should be on the children, maintaining a positive attitude towards both children and guardians. You possess strong collaboration skills and a willingness to share your knowledge and experiences, as well as to learn from others. Familiarity with the preschool's governing documents is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience in project work and with children requiring special support is highly valued. As we are a small, individual preschool, you must also be flexible and actively involved in the care of our entire preschool and our environment, both indoors and outdoors.

As an employee of FVBU, you will be provided with work clothes for outdoor use. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy pedagogical meals together with the children.
