Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to a well-functioning assistance service. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

Our client is looking for personal assistants with the possibility of a fixed schedule rotation.

The client is a young man who has a significant need for care-related support. On weekdays, he works at a day activity center in Svenljunga. Bathing assistance via the day activity center once a week is possible – it is a plus if the staff are swimming-capable.

The client lives in Sexdrega with a relative and two small dogs.

The working hours are as follows:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 07:30-18:00
• Wednesdays 08:00-18:00
• Weekends and holidays 10:00-18:00

The home is well-adapted with various aids for all tasks required in the job. There are also good aids available at the day activity center.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in healthcare/care
• Works according to the client's needs and daily condition
• Is comfortable talking even if you do not receive a verbal response
• Has a driver's license and a car – as public transport does not always fit the working hours
• Is a flexible person
