We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team and work as a Personal Assistant in Ängelholm and surrounding areas!

What does the job as a Personal Assistant entail?

As a Personal Assistant, you work with a person with disabilities. You help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, household chores, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help make someone else's daily life function.

We have clients of different ages and with various disabilities. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to enable a person to live their life as they wish is the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and sensitive. We would appreciate it if you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, or background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• Have a genuine interest in helping others.
• Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Be able to work flexible hours – days, evenings, nights, weekends, and 24-hour shifts.
• Have experience in care and support (a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment Type: On-call / As needed

Scope: As needed

Start Date: By agreement

We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

For any potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
