In the role of Support Technician, you will be involved in all steps regarding the implementation, development, and management of the customer's systems and services. We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-focused, and goal-oriented, while also being service-oriented and always keeping the customer in focus. As a person, you are a quick learner, find it easy to get up to speed with new tools and systems, and thrive and perform in an environment with a periodically high pace. You will work to receive, register, categorize, and prioritize cases via phone, portal, and email, from both customers, internal, and external users.

Responsibilities:

• You will resolve incoming cases with customer service and security as the highest priority

• Handle orders for e.g., permissions and accounts

• Coordinate and communicate solutions developed in collaboration with the customer's system and technical managers, both internally and from suppliers

• Continuously contribute to improving daily and long-term work and take responsibility for your own development

• Contribute your competence to the team

• Collaborate with customers and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical support or customer service

• Drive to work with continuous improvements

• A sense of willingness to help

• A burning interest in technology

• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple way to various stakeholders

• Relevant education and/or certifications are an asset

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
