We are looking for a new Personal Assistant to join our team in Helsingborg!

The assignment is for a woman in her 40s living with a diagnosis of MS. We are seeking female assistants aged 25–50. This position is perfect for you if you want to work closely with another person and make a real difference in their daily life.

Requirements and Qualities:
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to working with people. Previous experience in healthcare and social services is a requirement. You must be responsible, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You need to have good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and be flexible enough to adapt to different situations and the client's individual needs. We value that you are attentive, take responsibility, and are quick to learn new tasks.

At Alter Assistans, you will always receive an introduction with the specific client to create security for both you and the person you will be working with.

Responsibilities:
You will assist the client in daily life, which may include personal hygiene, meals, and social activities. You will also support the client in maintaining social contacts, participating in various activities, and contributing to a meaningful and active leisure time. An important part of the work is also to help create a safe, stable, and stimulating environment.

Employment Terms:
The employment begins as an hourly position with the possibility of transitioning to a contract "for the duration of the assignment" later on. The position currently covers approximately 70%, but there is an opportunity for a higher percentage for the right candidate. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts, 8–14 or 14–22, primarily on weekdays, but weekends may also occur. Salary and other terms follow the collective agreement for personal assistance in industry G.
