We are seeking hourly substitutes for a social and positive client living in Landskrona (Härlöv). The role involves being a safe and positive support in daily life. The client is very interested in sports, particularly football and hockey, and appreciates company that shares an interest in these activities. The client also has a large family network, which means that as an hourly substitute, you will collaborate and communicate with several family members and adapt your support to the client's needs.

Working as an hourly substitute is varied — from planning and carrying out activities outdoors or at home, to being a companion, supporting leisure interests, and creating a safe and positive atmosphere in everyday life. You are expected to be flexible with working hours and attitude, and able to spread good energy.
