About Unika Floragatan

Unika Floragatan is a new and exciting group home operation that Unika will run on contract for Trelleborg Municipality, starting June 1, 2026. Here, we will create a modern and secure living environment for six individuals within LSS target group 1 – with a focus on quality of life, participation, and a meaningful everyday life.

The central location provides easy access to shops, cafes, activities, and excellent transport links, opening up opportunities for an active and independent daily life. At the same time, the sea and the beautiful beaches along the southern coast are within reach – perfect for walks, outings, and relaxation.

At Floragatan, we work with clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal approaches in an environment characterized by structure, security, and respect. We start from each individual's abilities and create conditions for every person to develop according to their own needs and wishes.

Working hours will vary based on operational needs, and there may be a need for awake night shifts once the home is fully operational.
