We are currently looking for a personal assistant for Elis, 15 years old. This is not just any job – it is a mission for you who love sports, gaming, humor, and making a real difference.

Who is Elis?

Elis is a guy with a big heart, a passion for the good things in life, and his major interests. He lives for sports, especially football, floorball, and handball. The favorite teams where you automatically become a co-supporter are:

• 💙 Warberg IC
• 💚 HK Varberg

When he is not following matches or discussing tactics, gaming is the priority. FIFA, COD, and CS are the favorites right now, and like many others, he is impatiently waiting for GTA 6 🤪. Streaming is also a big interest – so bonus points if you know your way around games, Twitch, and technology.

Elis has cerebral palsy (CP) which affects his motor skills, but otherwise, he is just like any other 15-year-old – with humor, opinions, and a clear desire to be treated as such.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a guy aged 18–30 who:

• Has a sense of humor and is easy to talk to.
• Is social, secure, and attentive.
• Has the drive to come up with ideas, try new things, and encourage Elis to step out of his comfort zone.
• Is interested in sports and gaming (a must for you to click).
• Is responsible but not rigid – more of a buddy with responsibility than a caregiver.
• Acts as Elis's arms and legs, helping him with e.g., transfers, meals, and personal hygiene.

The workplace is wherever Elis is: in the house in central Varberg where he lives with his mother and older sister, but also at sports events, with family and friends, and perhaps on some holiday trips.

In August, Elis starts at the National Gymnasium for the Physically Disabled in Gothenburg, which means the schedule will change.

The home is smoke-free, and we expect you to be as well. Previous experience as a personal assistant is an asset, but the most important thing is that you click with Elis and the family. Do not be afraid to apply even if you lack experience. It is important that you have a good understanding of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

The employer is the assistance company Feel Well, a company that has existed since 1998 and operates assistance primarily on the west coast. They are affiliated with the collective agreement of Vårdföretagarna and use AiAi for scheduling and time reporting.

Since Elis is a minor, a criminal record extract is required.
