The role of personal assistant with us

As a personal assistant, you work mostly alone, but around you is a team of colleagues, a unit manager, and a method developer. You will work based on the user's individual needs by providing support with both personal care, practical tasks in the home, and leisure activities according to the implementation plan.

Your profile

You are flexible and enjoy being available for the user's needs. Furthermore, you are accommodating and attentive in your approach. You create security for the user. You take responsibility and drive your work forward towards goals and deliver results, as well as prioritize your work efficiently. You adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work
• has a B driver's license

It is an asset if you have:

• education with a focus on care and welfare, children and leisure, or pedagogy
• experience working as a personal assistant
• knowledge and experience of AKK (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).

Our offer and other information

We offer a permanent position starting according to agreement. You will work on a rolling schedule covering all days of the week. Duty every other weekend. We plan working hours based on a reduced working time of 37h/week.
