Our goal is to offer more personalized personal assistance. As a client of NyKraft, you are offered individual assistance tailored to your specific needs in collaboration with you. The client is actively involved in the recruitment process and the final selection of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and operate under a collective agreement.

About the position:

We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a 10-year-old boy located outside Ullared.

Working hours: 08:00-18:00 on weekdays + weekends during weeks 28-31; weekends only during other weeks.
For those interested, there are opportunities to work before and after the summer, as well as during weekends and school holidays.

Employment level: By agreement/As needed
Start date: Immediate

As an assistant, your duties include helping the client with all daily tasks, assisting with hygiene, and providing care. You need to be calm, flexible, positive, and easily adaptable to another person's needs.

We are looking for someone with experience working with children; experience with children with special needs is particularly advantageous. It is important to be alert, physically active, retain a childlike sense of wonder, and enjoy a fast-paced environment with playfulness.

Job description:

The client is an active 10-year-old who enjoys being outdoors. He has very limited verbal communication but uses certain signs that can be understood with personal familiarity. He lives at home, and the work is performed independently in the family home or during outings.

There is a large dog and horses on the farm, so it is important that you are not afraid of animals. Experience with horses/riding is a clear advantage as our client has a pony that he enjoys riding.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
- Calm and clear in your approach and communication
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role involves giving and receiving instructions regarding the client's care
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Experience working with children
