Elicron develops and manufactures high-performance anodes and cathodes for industrial use. The products are used globally in areas such as water treatment, metal production, energy transfer, and other demanding industrial processes. The company was formed in 2025 through the merger of Swedish Permascand and Dutch Magneto Special Anodes and is currently owned by Altor.
The company is experiencing strong growth and is expected to more than double its revenue within three years. Elicron has factories in Sweden, the Netherlands, and China, as well as a partner factory in the USA. 💼 Responsibilities
In the role of receptionist, you will be the company's face to the outside world and the hub for internal support and administration. You will staff the reception, welcome visitors, and ensure a professional reception. The role also includes support for internal information, publishing on SharePoint and screens, as well as coordinating meetings, training, and internal activities. You will assist with customer and supplier visits, manage purchases, prepare conference rooms, and handle service tasks such as taxis, hotels, and dinners. Other administrative tasks may occur within the company's routines.
The working hours are office hours, and the work takes place on-site at Site Ljungaverk, primarily in the reception. In your role, you will move around the facility as needed or make necessary purchases for the office.

Plan and coordinate meetings, training, and customer events
Organize staff activities
Prepare for customer and supplier visits and set up conference rooms
Service tasks: taxi, hotel, dinner, and guest book management
Ensure that administrative tasks in the business system are followed
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
High school education
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Very good administrative and communication skills
Experience in support functions is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office
Driving license B
