Vepro AB is a jobbing company that manufactures components and complete machines for most common industries. Vepro AB was founded in 1982 in Timrå by three co-owners, and since 2006, Sven Olov Edin and Stefan Rigedal have been the owners.
In the spring of 2006, the company moved to larger and more suitable premises to meet the demand for jobs and to expand its workforce.
Since 2017, the company has been run by former employees Mattias Andersson and Tomas Lindberg. Currently, the company has 10 employees.
Are you good with numbers, but also comfortable in a workshop environment?
Here you will be responsible for the company's financial matters and administration while working close to production and your colleagues in the workshop. You do not need to be able to work on the machines yourself, but you appreciate the workshop environment and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Vepro, is looking for a Workshop Administrator with financial responsibility.
In this role, you are responsible for the company's ongoing financial and administrative work while serving as a key support to the operations. You will become a central function that holds many of the administrative processes together and ensures that daily operations run smoothly for both colleagues and management.
Responsibilities
- Handling supplier and customer invoices.
- Ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration.
- Payroll administration and handling of supporting documents.
- Administrative support to operations.
- Supporting operations with practical tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone who
Has experience in finance and administration and thrives in a broad role. You are a person who takes responsibility for your tasks, works in a structured manner, and finds it easy to switch between administrative and practical tasks.
We would appreciate it if you have:
- Experience in financial and administrative work.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
It is an advantage if you have experience with payroll administration or have previously worked in a workshop or industrial environment.
