IUC Västernorrland is now looking for an Industrial Developer – a role for you who are self-motivated, analytical, and driven by creating tangible value through close collaboration with industry.

In this role, you will work directly with manufacturing companies, identify their development needs, and translate insights into initiatives that strengthen competitiveness, sustainability, and innovation. You will handle the process from needs analysis to implementation, in an environment where you have significant freedom to influence both your working methods and the results.

• You have experience with or knowledge of production and manufacturing industry.
