As a Business Analyst, you become the link between operations and IT. You work closely with solution architects and development teams in an agile flow, driving several initiatives in parallel, from early analysis and requirement gathering to follow-up after implementation. The role encompasses both operational and strategic work, as you also contribute to building structures, methods, and ways of working that strengthen the organization's capabilities over time.

• You identify, analyze, and qualify business processes that can be improved using digital technology.
• You lead in-depth process analyses and translate insights into concrete improvement proposals and digital initiatives.
• You gather requirements from operations, capture needs, and assess value for prioritization and implementation.
• You work closely with solution architects and development teams in an agile manner to drive initiatives from initial qualification to implementation.
• You follow up on the effect of implemented processes and support operations in finding suitable methods for follow-up.
• You build knowledge, methods, and ways of working within digital process optimization and contribute to knowledge transfer within the organization.
• You lead, coach, and upskill groups and individuals within the scope of the assignment.

• You have extensive experience in agile work, leading in-depth process analyses, using established methods, and implementing digital solutions.
• You have extensive experience in automation, for example with support from RPA, AI, integrations, and other technical solutions.
• You have experience in requirement gathering, capturing needs from operations, and value assessment.
• You have good knowledge and a communicative and pedagogical ability to lead, coach, and upskill groups and individuals.
• You have the ability to follow up on the value of an implemented business process and help operations find suitable methods for follow-up.
• You speak and write Swedish fluently.

• Experience working in a distributed team.
• Experience facilitating distributed workshops.
• Experience with IT implementations involving Cambio's journal system Cosmic.
• Pedagogical ability and experience in coaching for sustainable competence development.
