Do you want to work in a dynamic and international environment where structure, collaboration, and relationship building are in focus? Then we might be looking for you for the role of Administrator in Strategic Procurement Built to Print at BAE Systems Hägglunds.
Your future challenge
In light of the significant ramp-up of incoming projects, we see a growing need to develop and broaden our supply chain. To meet future needs, we are now looking for an engaged and driven administrator to join the Strategic Procurement Built to Print department.
Within Strategic Procurement Built to Print, approximately 50 dedicated and skilled employees currently work with a focus on strategic procurement for contract manufacturing within hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics. Here, you will become an important part of the team and take on a central role in daily operations.
In the role of Administrator, you will among other things work with:
- Requests for quotations to suppliers
- Updating procurement data in the business system SAP
- Collaboration with strategic and operational buyers
- Follow-up & reporting to both management and respective strategic buyers
You will have many contact points and work closely with several different buyers and a large number of suppliers.
About you
We are looking for you who have at least upper secondary education and previous experience in administrative work. Perhaps you currently work in an administrative role within procurement, logistics, sales, technology, or finance. It is an advantage if you have experience from manufacturing industry or knowledge within any of the above areas.

Since we work in an international environment with both customers and suppliers worldwide, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The role involves contact with international partners where English is used daily.

The position is a permanent employment with the location in Örnsköldsvik.
